Storming Prompt: May 2017

I'm rather excited for this month's choice. There are so many places you could go with it!

Rules
1. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A WRITER TO PARTICIPATE!
2. View/Read/Listen to the prompt with a mind primed to explore the possibilities!
3. You don't have to answer all of the questions I pose. They are there merely to aid your mind in taking imaginative flight.
4. Share what ideas you gained in the comments. This could include a bit of dialogue, a general scene sketch, a plot problem, character names and place, or even the 'history' of a prompt. (But, if the idea you create happens to be so great, you might want to save it for a future date!)
5. Read and perhaps add to the other replies and answers submitted. (Recommended not required)

How did the accident happen? Are these two brother and sister? Boyfriend, girlfriend? (Go with boyfriend and girlfriend. It'll be more interesting that way.) What are the officer's thoughts? What happens now? What story is the woman telling?

Have fun!
Cordy

  1. I am so so so sorry. I can't apologize enough! It has almost been a year.

“Frank, I told you to keep your eyes on the road at all times,” Sarah groans.
“If I had known it was you I wouldn’t have run into ya’,” mumbles Frank.
“What do you mean, ‘If I had known it was you’? If you had known it was someone else would you have run into them?”
    “No...” Frank kicks his car.
“Don’t hurt it.” Sarah says without looking.
“I don’t think I can hurt it any more than running it into your ‘baby’.”
Sarah pulls her glove off and digs in her purse. Pulling out a handkerchief she says, “Turn your face to the right.”
“What’s the poi--” Sarah gives him a sharp look and Frank obliges. She starts rubbing his chin.
Frank pulls back. “Whadaya tryin’ to do!? Rub my skin off?”
Sarah groans. “You had something on your face. I was just trying to help.”
“You two lovebirds ready?” Officer Bryan chuckles.
Sarah glares at Frank. “Ladies first,” he says smiling.
“Sure.” She grabs Frank, pulling him along.
